WARNING Recently there has been a massive increase in the number of organisations teaching Survival and Bushcraft. It should be noted that some of the new organisations are calling themselves Survival School or implying as such in their website addresses. We would like to reassure you that we have nothing to do with these organisations and just as importantly, they have nothing to do with us. If they have 'Survival School' in their title of website address, they may be trying to copy us! Please don't be misled. For your peace of mind, it is worth checking the history of the organisation you are booking with. Are they well known? Can they substantiate their claim to running courses since the date they state on their website or advertising? There have been recent cases of 'passing off' and we would like you to get the course you want from the people you want to get it from. One company has even used 'Jonny Crockett' in its Key Words. If you see a company using our name or Jonny's name, please remember that imitation is the sincerest form of flattery. Please also ignore those people trying to be Survival School. If you have any doubts, please feel free to call us on the number at the top of this page. Survival School does its best to ensure that its instructors and customers abide by the laws that govern the carrying and use of sharp objects such as knives, saws and axes. If you are unsure as to what the law states, please contact your local constabulary or call us on Tel: 0871 222 7304. We would rather you asked, no matter how stupid you think the question is. Having an offensive weapon on your person in a public place without lawful authority or good reason could leave you with a £5,000 fine and up to 4 years in prison.
