Survival School only collect information about you as part of your purchasing items or booking courses procedure or when you select to join our mailing list.

We will only use this information to contact you and to post your order.  For this we need your postal address and email address.  If you want to unsubscribe it only requires you to email us with ‘unsubscribe’ in the subject bar, phone us and ask or write to us at the address on the contact page.

We will never share, disclose or sell your information unless required to do so by law or to help the police with their work.

Cookies

Shopping baskets use cookies.  If you have any worries about cookies on your computer, use the internet options facility on your browser after your purchase and delete the cookies.  Using a good internet security system will help.

E-commerce gateway

Our e-commerce provider is Worldpay (www.worldpay.com). Neither Worldpay nor Survival School keep credit card details on their servers. All purchases are encrypted using the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) standard, so your communication between our website and our payment gateway are secure.  We think it’s best that your details are your own and should stay that way.
