This knife has a tighter crook than our other spoon and bowl carving knife. It is a right hander's knife (don't worry, Jonny and Kev from Survival School are both left handed and we are sourcing some left handed knives) which will give you length service. It really is a beautiful knife and works extremely well.

It is best sharpened with the Japanese Water Slip Stones which you can find in the Sharpening Tools section. P&P included.
